Its going to be interesting moving forward, but I will continue to be objective and support everyone who is trying to effect change at the club. Reality is we may be at the point of a longer term restructuring process and we may have to step back and hope the plans for the future work and we can get back into the league within 3 years.

The time will come when we need to take a punt on staying in the league, its not far away, or we just accept it over for this season and build a platform for next to get promoted.

I personally take my hat off to you guys who pay your money and turn up to support the club in such difficult circumstances and I appreciate why you feel you have been let down, all respect to you guys!
Thanks dave I think the only positive short term is to hang on in there and just hope for a mini run of form or just some luck..just to give us a dogs chance of survival. ....no pun intended rip bryn the police dog

Other than that it's going to be down a league and if we survive as a club we will be big fish in a small pond and then there is doubt it's do or die. getting players will be based on a crowd turning up every week. It's not looking good though . to be quite honest it's a shambles

I am working with the club on a couple of projects to improve revenue streams, I have just invested money in a new business venture into Sports Science in football and have a 3 year research program with a high profile sports university, if I had spare CASH I would help invest, the best I can do at the moment is use my experience and knowledge to support the club.

In terms of being manager my personal preference would be to help Kevin not replace him!

Who knows what the future holds, Training grounds and ground sharing is a positive, we just need to hope we can sustain things.

I am back down next month and am planning a night at the club to meet supporters and talk about the team and times when I was at the club.

Hope we can get an audience lol !

Who takes over is any ones guess but when you start believing that you could do a better job yourself it's time to speak up and give your true feelings. The board need to sort it out or put the club up for sale immediately before there is no club. We need action not words.

Its very frustrating from a fans perspective and I think the current board appreciate this and are working to improve things, being realistic while trying to stay positive is also a challenge during these difficult, I was down last month and offered my support and we are working on some projects, Kevin was given the job and he's the only man who can get results, the chairman will support him as he should, but like any manager questions will be asked and the time will come when difficult decisions will need to be made.

In football the decision not to do anything is the most difficult, its just football and everyone who is involved in it knows this, managers have good successful period and un-successful ones, its dynamics and players, Chelsea and example, but there's one thing for sure at some point, if you done get results the pressure will mount to sack the manager, is all part of the game !!!

As a positive, it could and should have been 7 - 1 if it wasn't for a penalty save and hitting the woodwork!

Oh , the wind positively blew in order for us to fluke a goal!

Oh, Gerring is our best attacker, bringing him on and leaving out Captain on with 9 bookings was nothing more than genius!

Love this positive thread!
Life is like TUFC. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. :goal:

Full marks for trying to inject some positivity into the Forum, Dave C. but hell - 4 - 1 and Mc Donald picking up a booking which will result in him being suspended for the next two matches and we've only got Gerring to face the two top sides in the league. Sorry - this fills me with dread.

For goodness sake there's nothing to be positive about. Get real. The club is going down and will sink to its lowest level before making a journey upwards. But when?

Things change quickly in football. Last year you hammered us and were easily the best team we saw at the Deva stadium. Next year the same could happen. To be positive you have many friends and well wishers in the football world and loyal and admired fans. With these attributes you can always get back as we did 5 years ago.
