Thanks dave I think the only positive short term is to hang on in there and just hope for a mini run of form or just some luck..just to give us a dogs chance of survival. ....no pun intended rip bryn the police dogdavidcaldwell123 wrote:Unfortunately even though some fans tried to be positive its difficult not to jump on the negative bandwagon, being realistic I think a combination of things have led us to this point. Its going to be interesting moving forward, but I will continue to be objective and support everyone who is trying to effect change at the club. Reality is we may be at the point of a longer term restructuring process and we may have to step back and hope the plans for the future work and we can get back into the league within 3 years.
The time will come when we need to take a punt on staying in the league, its not far away, or we just accept it over for this season and build a platform for next to get promoted.
I personally take my hat off to you guys who pay your money and turn up to support the club in such difficult circumstances and I appreciate why you feel you have been let down, all respect to you guys!
Other than that it's going to be down a league and if we survive as a club we will be big fish in a small pond and then there is doubt it's do or die. getting players will be based on a crowd turning up every week. It's not looking good though . to be quite honest it's a shambles
