Dear Sirs

Enough of this kissing girlies nonsense. And as for "Bangkok Eric", well that sounds bally painful.

Yours faithfully,

Major-General Carruthers Smith-Smyth-Smith-Ftang-Ftang-Ole-Biscuitbarrel (Mrs)

PS

I can't believe Briscoe has been terminated. Surely termination of his contract would have been enough?

Not a surprise to anyone, this.

He's not been in the team and when he's had a chance, he hasn't taken it.

The club cannot afford passengers, which he appeared to be. Reinvest the wages and you could get two extra bodies of sufficient quality. Ala Wright, Ajala or Blissett.

Hope it pays off

Dear Torq2u

You are dashed bounder sir, using my name for cheap laughs. Please refrain and stick to commenting on football matters.

Yours sincerely

Ps Of course you could have been named after a whole football team as was the boy who supported Barnstoneworth

Dear Gateman49

My dear fellow. Are we related? Are you not my long-lost cousin known to family and close friends as Felicity? Facility, more like, if the rumours that abound in Barnstoneworth's changing room are true (nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more sailor).

PS Oh yes, matters pertaining to the field of footie.

I saw Mr Briscoe's strike in the first match of the Michaelmas Term 2014 at Gateshead, and thought to myself, by Jove, we've a corker here. Unfortunately, it did not prove to lead to the auspicious career that I had surmised for the dear chap.

So off he goes in the jalopy of opportunity, to seek his fortune elsewhere. Good luck to him and his mentor at Weightwatchers. One must just hope the cad doesn't haunt the hallowed halls of LWS by fricking scoring against us, the bastard.

Apparently all set to join Heslop at Wrexham. Shame we don't have to play them again in the league, as they look to be imploding.

Have they not watched us at all and realised all our players are pretty woeful?

We are entitled to express our views on here, but Royalgull - your post is nonsense and cannot go unchallenged. If we'd started the season with the side that played on Saturday, and in the home match against FGR, we wouldn't be in the sorry league position we are now.

Briscoe to Wrexham is all but done I believe. He's training with them at the moment and is going to sign later in the week. Thats assuming they dont realise that he cant run and isn't very good at football between now and then!
