there are mainly 2 groups that sing on the popside .. the left side and the right side of the steps .. maybe we can get both sets of supporters to become one by both being know as the yellow army... this will help out with both sets of supporters of singing completely different songs :) .. this will then allow the song to spread throughout the popside and get everyone singing on the same hymn sheet .. up the YELLOW ARMY!

How about adopting this song on the terraces? Never thought something so cheesy would sound so good at Celtic. Fair play to their Green Brigade, really have united the fans and lifted the atmosphere at Celtic Park.

What about enquiring to the club to get flag hooks/a rail along the back of the whole popside, it's all well and good encouraging people to bring flags but on the popside, apart from at the back of block 5 there's nowhere to put them. Surely that wouldn't require too much effort, or at least have some behind the block to the left of block 5 as a starting point.

Good support at times, but we do need to keep it going. There were long periods of total silence but it was a marked improvement and the will seems to be there to improve things.

I have to agree with the silence bit, during the first 10 minutes of the game I would suggest 75% of that where periods of no singing. If you are looking to create a better atmosphere you need to do that from the start. I have to say after the goal there was a marked improvement, and the drum was certainly better than what Joe barlow used to use ( Thats down to the money raised by TFF members) so well done for that.

Got a little bit of this song last night, but this video shows all of celtic singing it. Good song and another one for when we are winning :)

Shame there were still the chants of Exeter are s***e & horrible chants to Matt Green & Jake Thompson though!! It has been said on here by others to drop chants like the Exeter one we don't want to listen to that nor I suspect do the team!!

The Exeter one needs only to be sung when we're actually playing them, or if they're in the same league as us maybe - as they're currently in the league above its a bit pointless and doesn't really kick off.

As for the JT one, I didn't mind it. Was just a bit of banter IMO and quite a few people seemed to join in. Admittedly though, there needs to be more of the ones that actually support our team - 'Gulls go marching in' and so on.

And Mav, i'm pretty sure it was Awayday on his drum last night? That's probably why it sounded better.

Anything by Depeche Mode (apart from Personal Jesus) will do me.

We were singing a depeche mode song for 90% of the game...
Just my opinion by I don't think Plainmoor will ever have a decent atmosphere unless we are given the 'away' end. Perhaps the new Grandstand will improve the acoustics a bit though.
