When you see ex Gulls Ryan Bowman, Paul McCallum et al playing in the SPL for what are considered half decent teams then you know that the quality of that league must be the equivalent of Zaire so yes.

McCallum now at Eastleigh before anyone wishes to politely correct me. =D
