I am NOT defending the idiot Chesterfield fans who ran on the pitch and tried to assault Bury's keeper, but the coverage was very biased and didn't show Bury's fans invading the pitch after EACH of their goals and also having a go at the Chesterfield keeper!!
PS hope you get promotion via the playoffs too

Obviously didn't mean defending them, sorry

It's a massive shame that one idiot has let the Chesterfield supporters down the other day. All season our supporters have been fantastic home and away and I'm confident that on Friday night the Torquay supporters will see how brilliant the Spireites are!

Spireite supporters perhaps! - As long as you don't mind the trip home after we've pinched the 3points off you!

Judging from the photo, the troglodyte throwing the 'punch' would be less interested in the game and more interested in the sexy men in small shorts.
As for the leagues best team, that's tough to say, although I am a fan of a side who do not have a reliance upon a single player, so for the simple reason that I believe Bury are more reliant upon Lowe than Chesterfield are upon any of their players, I'll vote Spireites. It's bloody close though and absolutely no dishonour coming a close second to an excellent Chesterfield side.
Just out of interest and by way of comparison, do either of the alien supporters in this thread know how many tines their respectives teams have struck the woodwork in league matches (excluding those which hit the frame and went in)?

I want Bury to win the league, because it would mean we would have got a point against Chesterfield (at least) and then Bury beat Stevenage last game of the season, which will put us in the play offs if we beat Rotherham.

Indeed :scarf:
I just cannot make Rotherham away due to some silly wally getting married during the football season 10 years ago this year :O

I thinks it's true of all clubs that they have a minority of idiots that attend their games, i'm not going to hold it against Chesterfield fans, or any others in the league. Unless of course something very serious happens.

Haha.

Good stuff for Friday, is it worth having words with Joe Barlow to see if he can be convinced to leave his drum at home? We'd be better off all following one beat..

firstly it is important not to tar all Chesterfield fans with the same brush,as said above all clubs including our own have a number of idiots, all the Chesterfield matchs i have been at ,i have never seen any problems,or heard of any.

The majority of Chesterfield fans are pretty decent, and there club is acting in a correct manner in trying to deal with this incident.

Oh and just for info, this thread has been linked across to there board, :)
