Ebbsfleet V Torquay United 8th October 2019
With Notts County on Saturday maybe there won't be that many travelling down from Devon for this one, but it's just over the river for me and hopefully there will be a reasonable number of South East based Gulls there.
Ebbsfleet are bottom of the league so we really ought to win this if play offs (hopefully with a high position) are to be achieved.

Make that at least +2.... me and Junior will be making the short journey to Gravesend(ish) (never has a placename ever been so apt!)standupsitdown wrote: 07 Oct 2019, 13:51hopefully there will be a reasonable number of South East based Gulls there.
Yes, we should win this.... but, c'mon, this is Torquay United, anything could happen!
2-0 to the Gulls (a brace for Reid)
Att: 1,002 (250 from the 'Bay)

Tomorrow is a good opportunity to sneak into the play offs, we’ve had these chances to get into the playoffs before but we didnt seem to take them. Hopefully different tomorrow.

This will be a tough game, we must be mentally prepared for a battle. Hopefully GJ will replay the half time team talk on the coach when we played east Thurrock away last season. We can’t just turn up here and expect them to give us 3 points because they’re bottom.

No easy games in this division, Ebbsfleet are on 10 points so not far off of mid table really.
That said we have to go and play to win as ever but we rode our luck v Fylde by the sounds of it. When will we have some of our injured players back in particular Mr Hall?
