As far as I know the club have yet to release on official picture of the new kit. Real shame we are still connected to the company Vandanel - which are beyond a joke. A bigger shame some of the great designed the club asked fans to implement have been completely overlooked.

I hope the club change direction on shirt producers and community relations.

I think the club has franchised the club shop and merchandise operation, and sold that franchise to Vandenhell so i am afraid we are going to have to put with them for at least the term of that franchise argeement, and probably beyond as can not see the club wanting to go down a different route.

And do not think we are the only small club to do this.

I thought the trading/shop arm of Vandanel went bust last year and the club shop went back in house?

I'd be surprised if that was the case, Fletch. Surely the shirt "deal" would have been inclusive of that arrangement. I've heard nothing along those lines, perhaps Budleigh can put us on the right track.........

I am pretty sure this is not the case, however could be wrong. Also iam sure i read that Stevenage had signed a similiar franchise deal with Vandanel which would suggest that part of there buinsness is still running.

As for there long term future i know they also supply the C-O-E with there kits and training gear, they also supply Elite development centre's,who have five different venue's across the south west linked to Torquay, think they are going to be around for sometime.

If I remember correctly, Vandanel was split into (at least) 2 arms (make that 5 or 6 different arms), Manufacture and Retail. Manufacture being the bit that makes and supplies the stuff to clubs and organisations. Retail covered the retail running of shops and went CVA in June 2010.

Who are the C-O-E?
Surely you aren't refering to the Church of England? Do they have a football team?
