Hearing Kalvin Kalala is on the verge of resigning for the club. Been training with the first team since November.

A very frustrating but exciting player who I personally like a lot, however,if his mindset and character is the same as the last time he graced our turf then he will stick out like a sore thumb. We are a totally different team now trained to play for 90+ minutes , not 25 minutes when he felt in the mood. On balance just for the fear he instills in the opposition then lets have him. But I am cautious as this is the first posting I have seen from this contributor so he could be Kalala,s agent trying to generate some interest in their player.

Very interesting point you make culmstockgull. The poster quayfc only joined the fans forum at 3-13 pm today.

Certainly would be a player you could see coming in to enable us to rotate Whitfield and Nemane around a bit

Harsh (but quite funny Brucie)
Kalala ok for 20 minutes from the bench if we needed a goal but otherwise would be like playing with 10 men.

Top of the list of priorities for Uncle Clarke's 5 year plan was a return to the Football League. So a couple of high calibre loan signings to aid his next quantum step of a building a multi-purpose stadium will be no problem.

I do wonder how much effect the Lockdown will have on making any new signings? Players will have to spent a long time away from their families.
