I think it's on their transfer page on exeweb, think it's just a bit of hear say. He is under contract there so i'd say it's doubtful.NickGull wrote:Can you link me to these rumours about Logan? We need a targetman kind of striker and that could be an interesting one..
Cheers.

Jack Midson has been released by Oxford. Doesn't seem to have done much since his hat-trick at Plainmoor but could be a useful addition to the squad. I'd much rather have Reuben Reid though.

NO thank you very much, he is a million years old and has done **** all except **** up my day at Plainmoor.
He is an alright Conference striker, he is NOT FL standard.
Matt.

stay =D away from the knife drawer Matt
This Reid sounds alright. He's 6ft so whilst not tall in football terms it's not bad. He's only an inch shorter than Logan. He's young but still been around a fair bit, it seems maybe League One or Two is his level and he's been down here before so shouldn't be daunted by a move so far south. And he's out of contract.
Would I be right in thinking that although he is only 22 because he is not being offered a new contract the Bosman Rule does not apply? During the Muzzy debate I was sure I'd read that for the Bosman Rule to kick in an equal or improved contract had to be offered. Plus he's only been at Oldham since January so it's not as if they've had any major input in his development.
Logan has the experience though, and we do have a very young team. Also he'd hardly have to uproot his family but we'd have to pay.
I do love the times of transfer speculation.

Logan and Reid upfront would be quite a potent strikeforce, would love to see them down here together. (Probably at well over £1k per week though).
Paul Jones would be a pointless signing, I'd rather have Bevs and/or Potter. Definitely a step backwards if we signed him.

On the topic of Torquay old boys I see that Benyon was not Harts fvorite player and so may get a few more games under Di Canio?? If he becomes manager.
Also that Tim Sills has been released by Aldershot. When will they learn he is not League 2 material?!
