I think we allowed fifty percent of capacity so hopefully about 3000, although it will be reduced if some season ticket holders don’t come.

The government rules is -
‘Up to 10,000 fans or 25% capacity, whichever figure is lower, will be allowed at larger outdoor venues, while at smaller outdoor venues, the limit will be capped at 4,000 or 50% capacity.’
I’m not sure whether Plainmoor counts as a smaller venue and I think each stadium has had to be assessed to come up with a figure.

Logically this would mean any stadium up to at least 8,000 capacity would be deemed 'small'. On this basis Plainmoor would be capped at 3,250 ie 6,500 x 50%. However, I guess the last word goes to the local authority with responsibility for crowd safety.standupsitdown wrote: 22 May 2021, 03:11 The government rules is -
