He could provide us with something different up top as a sub should we need to bring on a target man to get crosses into. Would be better than relying on branston and the other defenders at set pieces as a last resort.

The way we lump the ball high towards Zeb on occassion tells me we could use a big lad up front. The only Gritts appearance I saw this season was as sub against Chesterfield but his touch was awful and he won nothing in the air, if that was how he played the rest of the time I'm surprised he wasn't used even more sparingly.
Didn't see much of Sills in the league, but I seem to remember his goals record not being great. At BSP level he was superb for us, expect he could do a job for someone down there. Will always remember him fondly.

Nothing to see here - please move on and look to the future.
Three goals in 50 appearances since leaving TUFC tells you everything you need to know.
Not up to league football any more, but a legend around Plainmoor for getting us out of the BSP.

just leave it!! players rarely excel on their returns to any club and especially so at our beloved little side, so no thanks to sills, benyon, carayol, kuffour etc etc!
still keeping the faith
All of those, agreed, apart from Kuffour. Improved out of all recognition since he left us - would definitely break my 'never go back' rule to sign him, especially in the formation we have been using in recent months.
