Good luck

Post by Leedsinpeace »

I'm a Leeds fan but have always looked out for your results and attended your games when down your way visiting family. I hope you finish the job tonight and win the plays offs.
Come on you Gulls!

Thanks, Leedsinpeace!

As a kid growing up in Torquay in the 60s/70s, Leeds were always my First Division team! Weird, huh?!

Cheers

Bruce

Another Leeds fan here wishing you all the luck tonight. I used to live in Torquay many moons ago in the days of Derek Dawkins, Jim McNicholl and Steve Cooper to name a few. Is the game on SKY tonight and if so which channel ?

Always try to time my visits for a home game mate and spend some money in your shop. Lovely club, try to see your games in London too, very impressed with your performance at Barnet the last time I went good away support that day.

Congratulations Lads, fantastic result and well deserved. As I said earlier I am a Gulls fan from a long time ago, married a Torquay lass lived in Chelston and as a football fanatic watched Torquay home and away for 12 seasons. Memorable games were away at Man Citeh, Burnley, Oxford in the FA Cup, Carlisle, Basingstoke and many others but still managed to get to see my team LUFC play when finances allowed.

To give myself a trip back in my emotions am going to try and get a ticket for the final at The Scums ground, last time I was there Leeds won 1-0 a Jermaine Beckford goal caused the surprise of the season. Lets hope my presence will give you lads summart to shout about.
