Jack Winsor joins Bideford who only survived in the Southern League Division 1 South because Lymington Town failed a ground grading.

Huge good luck to Ali Omar, I was very critical of him , probably went a tad far in my assessment of him, he's alright deep down, think the utility role he was given wasn't right for him, I've got a huge hunch he'll do really well and a move could be the springboard he needs...As for Rhys, he's a quality hitman, I've followed his fortunes in Toulouse, very good record and he played a huge part in their promotion back to the French top flight, just a shame this past season he was injured for pretty much all of it, but from what I can gather, he was very popular over in France, Watford have got a terrific striker with him onboard.

Nouble at Yeovil is a weird one. It seemed like he was planning on going there before some internal strife caused the last minute switch to Plainmoor, but given everything we'd heard since the end of the season, him agreeing to go there makes little sense. He seemed to be expecting at least a National League contract, and we've heard in various places about wanted to extend his career by not playing on too many artificial surfaces, so to rock up at Huish Park seems...odd. Presumably they were the team that offered him the most money, in which case it's all understandable, but I can't help but feel disappointed.
Ah well - it's hard to see how Yeovil will play with 5 strikers, all of whom have a ropey injury record. I'd rather have Jarvis, Ash and Collins, but like I say, it's a bit weird to me.

We were lucky to get Nouble at all. Mark Cooper had clearly wanted the player but was frustrated by prospective owner Matt Uggla who vetoed what was a nailed on move instead landing Cooper with load of players he didn't want. Now Yeovil are under new ownership who clearly back Cooper I'm not in the least surprised Cooper has eventually got his man and now they look like favourites for automatic promotion.

Nailed on favourites? Not so sure. I liked Frank, but let’s not get carried away.
