I had 2 emails from them one at 8.58pm and the other at 10pm saying the stream was now live and you can watch it now. Also ypu would not receive a refund on your purchase. Sent them another email back quoting sales of good act and also would contact watchdog and got another email overnight saying refund processed just in case anyone else got the same email refusing a refund.

They are trying that with me now: "Sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. After further review, we confirmed that your account unfortunately does not qualify for a refund due to our Terms of Use:swindon gull wrote: 22 Apr 2025, 08:15 I had 2 emails from them one at 8.58pm and the other at 10pm saying the stream was now live and you can watch it now. Got a refund into my account today. Excuse the vocab and spelling in the email it was late Saturday i wrote it after getting 2 emails. If you want to copy it and send to tjem for a refund feel free. Was sent to customer service.
How was i meant to watch a live game that kicked off ar 3 and disappeared at 3 and you have replied by email to say it is now available live to watch at 2 minutes to 9 when the game finished at 5.
I paid £14.99 to watch a 90 minute game that you advertised as on from 3 this afternoon. Thus is a violation of the sales of goods act on your part as the programmed that was advertised amd i paid in good faith then disappeared from your site.
If it waz back on live why did the people i waz speaking to on the chat tell me this even though i had to wait nearly an hour between the departments for a reply as it was escalated and by then would of also been too late.
I expect a full refund as the problem was at your end. If not i will escalate this and also contact watchdog to see if they will get involved as i am sure i am not the only one who paid to watch torquay this afternoon and experienced the same problem.
I look forward to hearing back from you with a satisfactory solution to this problem of your making.
