Travel Club Guys

Post by highweekgull »

I just would like to say what sterling work these guys have done to organise the coaches and then sell them - all hours of the day.

I went up there at 6:30pm yesterday and they were still doing a great job and organised for me and my nephew to get our travel from Newton.

I know what time and effort it takes to organise these things and field the hundreds of phone calls you get, plus to put aside your own time to do it all.

Nice one guys!

i very much agree with you highweekgull a very big thank you to steve breed and all who helped him with the running not only with the short time he had with getting the coaches organise for the old trafford final but also for the rest of season in making sure there is some sort of transport weather its in mini buses or coaches for the supporters who wish not to drive to these away matches,so once again a big thank you to steve and all for getting us on the move..

Totally agree, without Steve Breed and co. Our away support wouldn't be what it is, great efforts and much appreciated.

Breedo's a top bloke, always does a great job. Without them and their organisation, we wouldn't take half as many.

Just bumping this to the top

Steve was in our coach yesterday and spent half the journey on the phone sorting things out

If it wasn't for his efforts 20 more coaches would gave been stuck in the traffic jam rather than 3

All of us who enjoyed a stress free journey to and from the match should take time to applaud those who spent days sorting it all out - the whip round should gave been for them not the drivers!

Yes, Steve deserves all our thanks and respect. I travelled up on Friday by car but it was great to see so many coaches on the road going home - shame we weren't all in better spirits!

Glad also to see most fans ignored the opportunistic alternative travel company.

I too would like to applaud Steve, my grandfather and I had a good detour through Shropshire which allowed us to keep moving thanks to the fast thinking of those already stuck in the M6 traffic.
