Ex-players you think will become managers

Post by Plymouth Gull »

This thread has been born after thinking about 3 ex-Gulls who applied for the current job, looking to break into management. Aggy, Woodsy and Jesus are all looking to get into management; which ones do you think will stay in the game, or look elsewhere for work?

I think Steve Woods has the right mentality to be a manager, and a successful one at that.

What/who do you think?

All three of them, think Hilly would make a good youth coach/manager but think he is too nice to be a first team manager!

Sills as well.

I also see that Lee Canoville is now joint manager at Boston.

Real classy player, but i'm not convinced he's got the personality to be a boss. Doesn't he coach the kids at Cardiff? That's exactly the right job for him i think because young players could learn a lot from someone that played the game as he did.
