Blimey its almost as if this is the first time a manager has left a club and taken players and staff with him
Am I mistaken because I believe he's currently only bought 1 backroom staff and 1 player from Torquay with him? Hardly half the club as some are suggesting. Most new managers go back to their forum clubs and take alot more people than that so think you're all being abit over dramatic. Even if he brings 1 more backroom staff and 1 more player it's hardly the wholesale changes some are implying.
Get a grip? Your fans seem to be missing the point that he's only actually bought 2 people from your club with him and are making child like comments about him raping your club and asset stripping them. The truth is the only person that is allowing any of this is your board.

There is nothing worse than having to explain a joke.

You lot have been repeating yourselves since he left with the same rubbishregiment wrote:oh get a grip boys. clearly the bar staff comment was a joke, but thanks for repeating yourselves again.
Like Josh said, one player (who was out of contract) and one member of staff. I wonder how you will field a team I really do..... :na:

expected better of you Josh, you seem like a decent enough fella from previous posts, but I was making light of the situation, not trying to re-ignite the same old argument.
and thank god you're back 1979, cos i was just thinking what we really need right now is a few posts from a complete burk.

Really is getting tiring having bloody gas fans commenting on everything we talk about. The patronising face rubbing is something we could do without - even if you claim this is not what you are doing - this is what it is what comes across as right now.
Have you not got your own forum guys??

Bevan, Stanners (who was our in all but name), Northy, Milts and PB himself.
Now, I'm not sure of the state of the education system in Bristol, and I will admit that I did attend a particularly fine school, but surely, even a Bristolian dumb enough to choose Rovers over City can see that there are more than two names in that list, can't they?
Matt.

I think Torquay are less "little club syndrome" and more "hard done by syndrome" from the posts on here. Be thankful for the last few seasons, you punched above your weight last season.
There's been no confirmation Milts has joined as of yet. Stanners was NEVER a TUFC player and he mentioned a contract was NEVER even offered from you. He was simply a loan player. I said Buckle has bought 2 with him so it obviously doesn't include him.ferrarilover wrote:Bevan, Stanners (who was our in all but name), Northy, Milts and PB himself.
