Mystery solved
OK, so further to my post, on another thread, the person that I saw on Thursday, who was awaiting an interview with the board, was in fact Ian Butterworth, as per today's HE.
Good or bad news?

Are you sure it wasn't (Leicester born) Ian Baraclough (aged 40) ? Butterworth is 47.diamondgirl wrote:OK, so further to my post, on another thread, the person that I saw on Thursday, who was awaiting an interview with the board, was in fact Ian Butterworth, as per today's HE.

Sorry messing you all about guys. I did try to take a pic, on my phone, but it was a bit difficult. However, for sure it was NOT Ian Butterworth, Ian Macparland, Ian Hislop, Ian Beale or Ian Mcshane, It WAS Ian Baraclough. Would he be any good?
from a girlies point of view he's probably the best looking. Does that count?

I can absolutely confirm that it wasn't Ian Beale because he was opening a village fete near me on that day....
