Grandstand

Post by wellygull »

Why was this not started in the closed season?. I was at the Crawley game and the only difference I can see from last season is that abit of Danger tape is put across one doorway.

Talk about a waste of time.

the Popside was packed Saturday literally to breaking point, which is fine if you are my build 6ft 2 and fiveteen stone, but I had my 10 Yr old nephew with me who spent most of the game on my back !. Why is it we stand 2 rows back and some 6ft younger bloke and his mates have to push in and stand right in front of my said nephew who happens to be ony 3ft 8. !!!!.

Also really wanted to slap this 6ft bloke as he and his half of shandy mates thought it would be funny to start muffed laughing during the minutes silence.

total lack of respect.

rant over

Bit of a problem with the contractors Jane. Wont be ready in February (2012) as first thought, but SHOULD be ready for the start of next season.
As for the 6ft idiot and his mates. Well what can you say. You ask for them to have a little respect for one whole min. Disgraceful. :@

It's all my fault and down to auto suggestion (see the "Simon Baker" thread).

Patrick JANE the Mentalist, played by Simon Baker the actor, is a completely different person from Simon Baker the Chairman of TUFC in the actual acting role of leading man in the TUFC boardroom.

In defence of Diamond Girl, she is one series short of the full collection. ;-)

We want to encourage them not to laugh, not p!ss themsleves in laughter when they see you pull up in your tango Ford Fiesta and your matching shoe laces. Please tell me you have something hanging from the rear view mirror as well....? My money is on the little boxing gloves rather than fluffy dice.

Actually Paul, it's a photograph of you. It serves to remind me that there is always someone worse off than myself, in every single facet of life.

Don't worry Paul. We all know the real truth. The photograph is actualy of Matt. it came after someone mistakenly asked him one day. "Where do you see yourself in a few years time". He put it up so he could see himself every day not just in a few years time. :) ;-)

He got pulled over by the police in his orange mobile, the policeman said "Can you identify yourself", with that Matt looked in the mirror and said "Yes, that's me there".
