Forgot about that one awayday. I've been there once season before last we lost 1-0, i think O'kANE made his debut or away debut but not sure. Anyway we lost 1-0 and we were shit. I only just got throught the turnstiles they were that narrow! I'm a bit portly but nothing like Jonny Vegas! 16 stone max, mostly muscle! The only good things about Hereford is the casr park right next to the ground which makes it easy to get in and out of and Hereford itself which is a nice little city ( don't let HRG see this for Gods sake!) and has a great cathedral which houses the Mappa Mundi. I don't know which is the saddest, the state of Edgar Street itself or the fact that on the saturday afternoon of a matchday i was visiting a **** cathedral instead of being in the pub. I did go on my todd though so didn't have any pals to have a drink with. Altogether now............ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

That was the same day I went, and it was also where the "Back Step Army" was formed :) so silver lining I suppose.

Where we all get the back step, and sing as loud as we can. Basically where the singers try to go at games.

Cheers Brett. I must be an unofficial member then as i always try to get at the back or at least on the periphery of the singers. The only times i haven't done this were at Darlington away when i was ill so just sat on my own in the Gods at the Darlo Arena trying not to contaminate other Gulls! And also at Old Trafford in the play off final when i got stuck on the side at the front next to thousands of day trippers and corpses but stood up and sang anyway on my own (it was the height of embarrassment as i felt everyone looking at me with pure contempt thinking who is this unsavoury oddball? We don't sing at games let alone stand up tut tut tut neanderthal!) but **** 'em, i did it anyway. What is weird is that i probably recognise loads of you regular posters on here from away games but i have no idea who you are.

Intresting to see on .com that Rene and Bodin are starting up top. Looks like Ling will be putting a strong side even with a few changes. I doubt see no harm in trying to get a good cup run in the JPT. Gives other players a chance to get a start on the saturday.

I was going to go to this one, but the only way I could get to the game was through the travel club. There wasn't enough interest from fans so no supporters coach was being run. Which is a shame, but it's only a JPT game after all.
