Matt i really dont know what your problem is with him. I know hes no Branno but doesnt mean hes rubbish. Were are a league 2 side and he is a defender good enough for league 2.
Lots of people said he played well on saturday and you still said he was awful. What we going to do with you eyy :rules:

I also thought Saah had a decent enough game, perhaps Matt is allowing his imagination get the better of him...............

For Matt it's Saah.
For some (including me) it's Stevens.

Well to me, i feel its unfair on Saah if hes getting in team of the week and people are saying hes awful. When hes playing his best he must just defender of the year. Woooo go Brain
My take on Saah is, he's had 2 years in the BSP and it's taking him time to adjust to League footie again.
Brian Saah and Chris Todd are not alike as we will see.

As will Howe, Atieno and Morris for different reasons.

Not sure what you lot watched. I saw him attempt a clearance and fall over his own feet. Attempt a shot and fall over his own feet. Attempt two passes and hack them straight out of play and do nothing but get the ball and bang it as long and straight as possible 30 or 40 yards ahead of two strikers who are both slower than a slow thing going slowly. He's just useless and made to look even more so when Mark Ellis is sat with his thumb up his arse.

Perhaps your views were clouded by the 5 minute chat you had with Ellis when your tongue was planted firmly up his arse

Matt,
Why not just accept that maybe you are being slightly harsh on him - or that your opinion is, in this instance, in the minority. Look at the MOM thread for Northampton - an overwhelming majority have Saah in their top five.
Why not be proud of the fact that one of our players had made it into the League two team of the week standings instead of moaning about his shortcomings?

I agree Scott. Yes he may have fallen over, or mde a mistake here or there but then every other player in the team makes a mistake or could do better. He cant be doing that bad if the football league put him in the team of the week. We all have to accpet that not every player will have a good game. But no point getting on someones back even if you know or like someelse.
I do think sometimes forget we are a league two side and get used to watching the Premier league on tv (Not aimed at you matt)
