I'm not a big fan of other people's children Bix. My own are, of course, excellent.

You were one once Bix! I know what you mean though. I don't hate kids but i prefer not to be anywhere near them. Its a bit tricky as i have a 2 and half year old daughter who i have to look after 5 days a week full time!! Only this morning i had to endure 2 hours of screeching kids when i took my kid to a large indoor play area. I tend to sit on my own away from the other parents as i like my own space. I swear they all think i'm a bit odd. I'm not i'm just a grumpy anti-social father who doesn't wish to engage in trivial conversations about other peoples kids, what they like to watch and stuff like that. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR CHILDREN ONLY MY OWN!! This last week was a mare as the kids were off school and i had to revise my usual plans to go swimming etc and become a recluse. You can't go anywhere without kids, noise, queues and lots of annoying parents when the kids are off. AND the swimming pool costs me 6 quid odd when the week before and the week after half term it costs £2.80. Robbing b******s! I'm sure all you Gulls out there who have kids are not annoying parents though. I tolerate social events involving my child as i know it is good for her to learn to socialise and basically grow up unlike me!

Anyway come on the Gulls today and lets put them away with first half goals like on tuesday. COYY!!

Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
Interseting to know what the take up on this kids for a quid offer was, still think information on these offers has to come out earlier, and be more widley publised.
