I have a soft spot for Argyle because I know quite a few people over the years who have come to see the Gulls when Argyle have been away. Add to that the fact that we have had many ex-Argyle players in our teams we have every reason to be sympathetic to their plight.

Having said that I desperately want a win on Saturday so we can put as many points as possible between us and the relegation places.

I've got more than a soft spot for Argyle . . . I'm a fan of both.

While you throw insults and missiles in my direction, at least I'm not a plastic Premiership side fan who has never been further than the armchair to see their team play.

Why Argyle ? The good out of this is it isn't the mob from Sid James Park.

I liken Torquay and Argyle to a first love sweetheart and a secretive bit of horny totty on the side.

The first love sweetheart is what she is. The bit of horny totty has taken me where the sweetheart can't ( like the Championship for example).

I can't lose on Saturday. If it's a draw, then I've been slapped by both of them.

The totty could be taking you where you have been before Troj. The Conference. That’s women for you.

Supporting both sounds like Sado-masochism to me old horse.....

I don't really get away with it down here. :-/

If I was a dual Argyle/ECFC fan then I would deserve a good kicking from both sets of fans.

Reminds me of a sketch from "Family Guy" where Chris has taken Brian the dog to the vet's in a beaten up state. As he lays there on the deck after a kicking he says he could really do with some help here. That's when Stewie (a TUFC fan?) runs in and sticks the boot in on helpless Brian.

That as maybe is the reality in your realm. I note with irony your avatar and both my brother and I have chuckled down the years to that.

People who know us and know us well don't call us "AC/DC" anymore. They simply call us "DnA" (Derek and Alan) ;-)

Careful Robbo, you're showing your age. ;-)

Derek won't be there tomorrow and before you ask is he shopping with the Missus, the answer is he is flat laid out with back trouble. To say he is pissed off at missing the match is an understatement.
