I couldn't find the link atm, i will post it later.
Basically, the SPL is considering having standing people in their stands again. What do you lot think?
Personally, i think this would be undoing all the good work that went into improving sports stadia after the hillsborough disaster. However, i guess if they come up with some kind of way of making it safer, then it could be okay...
Standing in SPL stands...

I would welcome with open arms terracing areas in grounds. The Hillsborough disaster was probably an accident waiting to happen with all those fans caged up with nowhere to go. I remember being on the kop loads of times as a kid and when Wednesday scored i wouldend up 6 or 7 rows down well away from my mates just throught the sheer surge and volume of fans. I think today terracing could be incorporated and the risks to health and safety would be minimal.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

I've got bad news for you Andy; it was nothing to do with the surge of the crowd, it's just your 'mates' were so desperate to get away from you, they used the cover of the goal to sneak off. :na:austrianandygull wrote: I would welcome with open arms terracing areas in grounds. Maybe we should just reintroduce terracing so Andy's mates can get away from him!

Good call Steve. Wholesale changes to the law and football league rules seems a small price to pay to spare people from 90 minutes with Andy.
