Not related to Buckle, but Stevenage have got good manager there with Gary Smith. Did very well in MLS - he actually won something with a very unfashionable side. So. A bit like Stevenage, perhaps.

Michael Owen tweeted last night that he passed his exam, and is now qualified to manage at L2 level... "anyone looking for a player manager"
A joke most obviously, but wouldn't it be brilliant if we were looking for a manager (imagine its last summer) and we got him on a player manager contract.
Can't see him playing for much longer (past the end of the year), so a step into upper non-league management (replacing sacked Buckle at FGR after he steers them to relegation?) might be a good thing for the reasonably intelligent, well regarded Owen.
Matt.
