Pay on the gate?

Post by wardy0203 »

Are you able to purchase tickets for the Rotherham game away on the gate as I'm from Rotherham but I'm a Leeds fan and they are playing away at Bristol City which i cant get to so i thought I'd go to a game and seen as though i dont like Rotherham was wondering whether i could pay on the gate for the Torquay end?

Eerm, yes. 4,000,000 seater stadium, about 11 fans all in, so yeah, I don't see this one being all ticket.

Dirty Leeds.

There are no 'ENDS' at the Don Valley, just vast open spaces, a bit like being on the moon but with less to look at. You can't even see the players never mind the ball. For ease of viewing, the ball shoud be the size of a space hopper, illuminous orange and the players should have a massive white arrow projected onto them from a helicopter above the pitch when they 've got possession of the football. A bit like on Pro Evo. Failing that, bring some binoculars. Pay on the day wardy, you'll be fine and hope you love our company so much you will repent and ditch the dirty leeds and become a new convert to the yellow movement! YELLOW ARMY!!! :scarf:

This whole post is absolutely brilliant. Just when you think it's run out of steam, another joke pops up and off we go again.

Matt.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Sorry to ruin your solitude on saturday yorkie but you'll find plenty of us gulls at the Don Valley on saturday including a healthy smattering of us northern yorkshire monkeys....err sorry, Gulls including Bix and myself! We take good numbers to away games in the north.

Oh and just to let everyone know it's £18 pay on the day, but i'm going to get my tickets in advance and in person for myself and wednesdayite chum accompanying me, from the Millers ticket office. Because i can! Oh the advantages of living near Rotherham! NOT!
