Their form since Mcghee has taken over has been outstanding and their squad is impressive for this level even though they had a disastrous start under the little twerp.

We could meet them in the playoffs, what a match that would be!
Nah, we're going to win the league :)

At the risk of sounding like a particularly stupid 'Big Time Charlie', it must be a sad reflection on our division that Rovers can be as bad as they have (and they really have been terrible) and still be as few as 7 points outside the playoffs.

Don't worry too much, it might only be 7 points, but it would still take a phenomenal run to make the play offs bearing in mind the number of teams we have to overtake. Add the fact that we still don't look like a particularly good side (just one playing with a bit more confidence) makes me pretty damn sure we are heading for mid table respectability and nothing more.
See you all next month!

PS. I notice you have only given us 1000 tickets because of the rebuilding work going on down there, and I really do think demand will be significantly higher than that. Were Plymouth given anymore than that, or were there a lot more Cornish wannabe accents in the home sections that day?

After the uncovered embarrassment/tent you have the temerity to charge £20 for, you want to think yourself lucky we're giving you anything at all. :na:

Plymouth brought 1050. How many were in the home ends we don't know but the ground wasn't sold out, and the away end wasn't full to the rafters. This game should be a sell-out, with a lot of away fans in the home end.

We'd appreciate it if you brought Buckle back just for that one game, though. Thanks.

We stand absolutely no chance of the Play Offs and if we finish above 12th it will be an achievement considering where we were and where we were going!! As regards where we should be as regards being a big club, as some of you say... we deserve to be where we arebut as regards history we are a big club for this division as during our history we have only been in League 2 or League 4 as it used to be for a total of about 8 seasons out of 128 year history. As regards home crowds and where we are we are struggling to get over 5500 home fans and it is proving hard to get back the support for League games.
As regards yourselves you have had an outstanding season and deserve to be where you are and I have a sneaking feeling that you will go up automatically. I expect next weeks game to be a close affair as under McGhee we are what I would call an organised team in that we dont concede many now but also don't score many. If i had to prediuct a score I would say 1 or 2 nil to you.
I think most Rovers supporters will be glad to see the back of this season and see what McGhee can get us player wise in the summer. Zebs will need to go on a scoring spree like none before to score the nsame as last season and will be surprised if he manages to score 8 by the end of the season!!
