Chester definately did play at Greyhound Park. Thats what the area is called where Sealand Rd is (or was).

It could be Newport County who used to play at a multi purpose stadium that had both football and dog racing (but then again so did the old Wembley-it wasn't England was it?) or how about Sheffield Wednesday who played at the Owlerton Stadium?
