Where are all the Cambridge fans?
Three or four wins should see us in league 1 next season and if not we are in the play offs with a team that is now feared by every team in league 2. Just wondered how many Cambridge fans will come on here when the season is out still saying that Ling is shite and doesn't know what he is doing or will they come on and congratulate us and admit they got him wrong. They were all too keen to come on here when Martin was appointed AND when we were getting battered every week ( a long and distant memory ) and slag him off. I must admit i even thought they might be right but i've admitted my mistake and hope they would be gracious enough to do the same. It didn't work for Martin at the Abbey for whatever reason but IMO he is proven as the best manager in the league this season. We are in second to a club with massive resources and have other clubs like that behind us like Shrewsbury and Crawley. Martin has had to deal with the haemhorrage of players over the summer, spent nothing and managed the loan market like Del Boy. Come on you U's fans. Give the bloke some credit eh?
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

To be fair, I only live 18 miles away and I've never met a Cambridge fan in St Neots. I don't think they have many outside their little city.
Luke.
