Watch it again Matt, I am pretty sure the voice over said "due to the rebuild of the grandstand......." as they walked into the porta cabin.

Oh, ok, only seen it the once and must have missed that. Still, might have been nice if they'd have made it V. clear. Still, never mind.

I thought the footage of the building site whilst saying "the grandstand is being built" was pretty clear.

They never mentioned the new grandstand. They merely said that they're using Portacabins at the moment.
