We should have never got rid of our last one. His record is no better or worse than Knills.

I would be very happy to be proven wrong and for my post to be rammed down my throat when (hopefully) he turns it around, but I just can't see it happening.

I'm not sure ditching Knill is the answer but I do think HE needs to ditch one or two of the pipe and slippers players who have been here too long.

well, no. But we'd have MUCH smaller gates !!!!!!!!!! Less shirts sold, less 50/50 tickets, less player sponsorship.... the list goes on !!!!!

How is Rice playing well supposed to be worrying?

Do you want the goalkeeper to be so busy every week that he picks up MOM awards?

That's true, but can you honestly say you've been happy with what you've seen so far? I'm not calling for him to go just yet as that is mad, but after all the talk of 'free flowing attacking passing football' we were promised, I've seen 15 minutes of it so far, and even in that spell we couldn't bloody score!

edit: This is for Matt.

I felt like this nearly every game under ML, we're well rid of him. No point getting on Knill's back, the players he picks must show something in training worth being picked, he'll change it after today I think, we all know its not good enough. I don't mind losing to a better team but to not look like making a game of it is worrying.

In my frustration, I'm going to say that Cruise should be playing, Manse and Harding cannot play together, and Callum Ball is not the target man we need, and also isn't a goal scorer, and therefore is unfortunately a waste of a spot in the team. Desperately need a big lump up front for Hawley and Benyon to play off. I really like Ball and think he's a decent player, but he's not the big man that our direct football needs to be effective IMO.

Rice has been fantastic this season, but we cannot keep hearing how well he has played etc. He shouldn't be making more than a couple of saves a game. Fleetwood are an excellent side though, and we won't usually get beaten easily. Unfortunately, this has been said EVERY game except maybe Hartlepool who haven't yet scored!?

The thing that really grinds my gears is the fact that AGAIN we can't make the opposition keeper work. Another season where we are struggling to score goals.

As I write that..... BENYON!

As I write that..... Fleetwood score. F*CK OFF

Agree Nick, I was going to mention how boring we are, but didn't want to sound too doom and gloomy. It's true though. Even in Ling's throw away promotion season, we were winning 1.0 and were incredibly dull to watch. I didn't mind obviously as we were winning, but when you're not winning and not scoring, it's bloody dull.
