1. All loanees play if fit and not suspended - this provides the lending clubs confidence that there players will get the work experience, and game time they need, and this builds Knills credibility with bigger clubs

I sincerely hope this isn't the case because surely it will cause some unrest among players at the club? And yet there is some evidence that this may be what's happening - e.g McCourt had never previously played a league game but has been picked for every game since he's been here and today's surprising decision to leave out Pearce who was outstanding last week.
