Dry and very windy as I look out across the bay this morning. Forecast shows little rain until 16.00 Saturday and then light, not the heavy rain they had forecasted. Wind should do some good drying work before then. I'm optimistic it will go ahead. Glad I made the decision to travel down (I hope!).
Windy is good, will dry the pitch more than any early spring sun (barring what we had in Feb obvs!)

Arrived back in the UK in time for the Tuesday night game for it to be called off. Buzzing for tomorrow, first game of the season for me!

Very windy this morning. There’s been a bit of rain overnight but I don’t think anything significant. I hope we’re going to keep the ball on the ground and play to out strengths this afternoon.

I just saw tweet - 'due to safety concerns' ' cancelled' but then relief that it's just the Fan Zone and not the match.

Wind has dropped contrary to forecast. Doesn’t seem too bad in the ground. Just a normal windy afternoon not the forecast gale.
