Do we ever on 3g never seem to do anything on it. Still think its a shit surface though and shouldn't be allowed. If I wanted to see the ball bounce that much I would go and watch basketball

We sound lethargic. And we never do well on 3G - despite training on this surface all week !!!
Its not really the same as playing matches on it though is it? It gives a distinct advantage to the home side.

Agree its not the same but it should give the team a good expectation of how the ball may bounce/react rather than on grass.
Johnson's pre match media interview suggested that they knew what to expect from both Sutton and the pitch "having played on it all week". Doesn't sound like we have any idea about either !
