Hartlepool played us perfectly.
Is it simply down to injuries that we have gone from 11 points clear to this?

Another powder-puff second half. Three attempts, all on target, but only one (Waters) really brought out a reasonable save. Despite hardly trying to get a second goal Hartlepool managed more corners (7) and more attempts on goal (4). We are missing Cameron big time at the moment - not only in defence but in launching quality attacks from the back rather than hopeful hoof balls. I suspect we will fall quite quickly down the table as others catch up on games and we will need to really turn things round to stay in with a play-off chance. Forget automatic promotion - that's now a faint prospect. Other teams have identified our weaknesses and are exploiting them ruthlessly.

Promotion dream collapsing game by game..
Same old Torquay build your hopes only to disappoint

Collating stats for this game but missing one player - did Hartlepool have a goalie - did not see him in action during the match.

If we don't improve even the play offs will be a distant memory.
In GJ we trust??
It's being severely tested.

The first 30 minutes of hit and hope park stuff just wasted most of the first half.
Yet again at home the visiting keeper has had very little to do; why are we so shot shy, especially when we have again failed to penetrate a massed defence?

2021 9 League games 2 wins 3 draws 4 defeats 9 out of 27 points. Goals for 9 against 10. 3 Home defeats as well.
This is so disappointing.
Just as well we are not playing Aldershot on Tuesday.
