He was indeed down at Torquay however I think you will find if Buckle had concluded the deal he would actually have ended up in Bristol. The eyes have been off the ball for quite a while.GasheadWes wrote:Just a quick point Glostergull - I know Buckle had Ross Hannah down at Torquay for a day or two this season but i thought i would let you know he has already joined Bradford City. I think he signed a week or two ago.

Nick Higgs. Rovers Chairman has just revealed that Paul Buckle had spoken and sorted a deal out one whole month ago.
Now when people talk of Loyalty and how they leave with a heavy heart and the Club is left better etc etc I can now think of this and all the lies Yes they were Lies told us when he said His mind wasn't made up and he hadn;t concluded a deal. Now what do you all think.
This is not heresay. It was from The Rovers Chairmans Mouth himslef in front of millions of veiwers.

Points West certainly seems to get a lot more viewers than the local stuff down here. This is not heresay. It was from The Rovers Chairmans Mouth himslef in front of millions of veiwers.
It was a well disguised swipe at the Rovers fan. Too well disguised for some, it would seem.diamondgirl wrote: Thats not very nice Matt. Have a little respect., and dont be so rude to people, especially fellow Gulls supporters. :slap:
Hell of a lot bigger population up Here. half a mil in Bristol alone and catchment area of 2 million in immediate surrounding area and another 2 mil outside that. and the news does seem to be split about 55 to 60% in favour of Points West over ITV. the others don't have too much look in at News time around here. i expect out of that around 1.5 to 2 million watch Points WestAlpine Joe wrote:Glostergull Points West certainly seems to get a lot more viewers than the local stuff down here.
