hah! that actually made be lol.
usagullmichigan - FSC is great, dunno how I'd manage without it. I think it costs me $5 a month as part of a Sports package. I also have Fox Soccer Plus, although I'm cancelling that at the weekend - this was the channel that had the playoff finals on. (I'd quite like my money back, now I come to think of it.)
I'm pretty sure FSC had to up their production values - really, it was awful before - because MLS had made noises about maybe giving the TV rights to Versus, who also do the ice hockey.[/quote]
Which cable/dish company are you with?

I have DirecTV. Probably going to have get rid of soon (i'm moving). It's pretty great, although as with all satellite tv setup, it's a bit more intrusive than the cable.
I can't watch football in standard def anymore - it makes me think I've forgotten to put on my glasses. I was watching a Gold Cup game the other day on Galavision (which says its in HD but isnt yet) and I had to turn it off.

Taking nothing away from the lad cracking strike, but Kellers about 90 and past it =D and he'd mucked his positioning up as well

actually, I think Keller could probably go another year - he's been pretty good this season. His positioning for this *maybe* slightly suspect, by Hassli belted it into the only part of the goal that Keller couldn't have got to, so I dont really think we can blame him too muchScottish Gull wrote:Taking nothing away from the lad cracking strike, but Kellers about 90 and past it =D and he'd mucked his positioning up as well

There was nothing wrong with his positioning at all.

I'm taking the mick, he's a decent keeper and you would've had to be superman to keep that out. GK Union and all that =D.

So, this week, I managed to crowbar plenty of TUFC references into an American football podcast (i.e. football podcast that is American, not a podcast about american football)

And yes, that *is* Robbie Earle co-commentating.
