Because you lot drip on and on and it becomes annoying. Main Board should be for Torquay related topics - not ones started but egotistic Gas fans who are here mainly to take the p1ss.

when people like your goodself turn up and turn it into uninformed nonsense. if it genuinely concerns torquay, and torquay alone, it should be of no concern to you. if it does concern you, or followers of other clubs, it should be on the banter board. it really is quite simple.

There have been plenty of polite requests asking you to do so, so you've hardly got any cause to complain, have you?

What rubbish are you chatting about??

I simply mentioned a rumour about one of your players that had been raised by a THIRD PARTY.

In the same respect many of your threads on the main board should be moved here too, the O'Kane to QPR one for example.

Mehtinks anything involving BRFC is automatically sent here because you lot cant have a sensible discussion on topics brought forward.

You can think what you like, if you're not happy with my decision you can always type out a complaint to er.........................me !!

the difference is, we haven't had bunches of QPR fans on here banging on about it. surely you can see why people on here don't wish to enter into these debates so willingly as there's a new one from your supporters on an almost daily basis. you've had serious/honest replies about Nico, and then it quickly turns into mickey taking and daft comments like most previous posts with contribution from, or started by, rovers fans.

maybe it's not intended (by some of you anyway), but generally when some of the rovers supporters come on here, it seems to be done for a wind-up, to provoke some kind of a reaction, hence the fact most posts are moved to the banter board. you've only got fellow rovers fans to blame for it - just look at the previous three topics posted by fans23456 or whatever his name is.

maybe i'm wrong, but that's my take on it anyway.

Pretty much how I see it, Brady. I've always been one for welcoming fans of other Clubs on here, against the wishes of many others. For the most part it's good to read the opinions of rival fans, sharing information in the right spirit. Unfortunately there have been a few Rovers fans (Gashead 1979 amongst them) who just seem to take a great deal of pleasure in trading insults on our Main Board. The majority of our fans don't want to waste their time trawling through that so the threads get moved to this Board instead which still allows those that want to participate to continue doing so.

I can recall mentioning this on at least 4 occasions so can't see what the problem is myself.

I understand the old "my dad is bigger than your dad" stupid threads being placed here but tbh on ours i'd want to know about news of any possible transfer.

Its not like I made it up, never heard of the guy before today and just wanted to know if there was any truth in it and what he was like....no piss take or wind-ip intended.

I find the type of Torquay fan on this forum very different to your 'proboards' one though. Most seem bitter here

Other clubs fans are welcome if they respect the boards the post on. Remember Les from Grismby? - voted member of the month.
Why? - because he added value to the content whilst respecting the values of most on here and also supporting his team at the same time. Clearly indicates your point Dave.

There was nothing wrong with your thread or where you put it, it's what happened thereafter that the problem arises. You didn't start anything (this time) and did receive a less than polite reply from one of ours and rather than ignore it you posted this:

Sorry but we took your manager and (ex/loan players) which is all part of the game and you take it out on us lot because we support his new club.

Never had a problem with Torquay before, usually head there for our sunday sides boozy weekenders.
