Wouldn't it be great if Austrian Andy could meet Austrian Bobby.

That would most surely would be the cherry on the top of a good cake day out.

Maybe Andrew Candy will read this and who knows . . .

I think you're right there Dave. He has Polish parents or grandparents or something and so leans towards the Polish side. A bit like myself who has Austrian relatives so i lean towards that side.

As for meeting Bobby - that could be a PR disaster! He will be expecting me to converse in fluent German when in reality my German skills are really very poor in comparison (GCSE level!) therefore i'll just have to speak normally. Trying to understand a Yorkshireman speaking normally is difficult if you're from England so Bobby doesn't stand a chance!

If all else fails i'll just whip my tattoos out and shake his hand!

It must be said, that the bookies has really gone downhill in recent years. There used to a properly awesome manager there - he did prices for Torquay scorers and even slid up to Plainmoor to watch the games.
