No one has a problem with the drum except the bird man! I would agree with him about the toilets however.

Good idea. There's plenty of unused space behind the away stand.
You could even put in a bar for home fans there with access from the pop (around the back of the floodlight?) as well as an away fans bar with access from the away stand enctrance.
Going even further, you could just have one of those mobile catering vans serving beer and a marquee or something for shelter. Would cost much less than a brick built structure and you wouldn't need planning permission.
I really think the club can be a lot more inventive than they are currently, with the limited space they have.
