Agreed about the Morrissey and Fox beer. The blonde was my favourite.

I heard they either sold the brewery or closed it down. Haven't seen it in the shops for a while.

Had a nice beer last night by RCH Brewery called P.G. Steam. A very nice light ale, well worth a try.

I'm on the Newcastle Brown tonight. Now brewed in Tadcaster, just outside York. Geordie beer? Not anny mooer pet! Love it though. Been on it since i was at school.

Why don't we have a beer and cider festival at Plainmoor? We could have a beer tent, a cider tent, a music tent, a creche, and a real ale training course for youngsters, to warn them of the dangers of watching football whilst inebriated. Not sure how many stewards we'd need...??

They only had 3 bottles of Tribute left in Tesco so i bought them and got a bottle of COPPER DRAGON brewery ale based on Skipton, North Yorkshire near a place i love to go, Bolton Abbey in the dales. Hope it's nice and doesn't give me the shits for tomorrow! :Z :lol:

well, i have to say that the acorn brewery in barnsley that i have just sampled (again!) is pretty good - yorkshire pride, barnsley bitter and acorn blonde.. nice!

we also have the geeves brewery run by the guy who (really) was the orange tango man from the tv adverts! and his beer is good too!!!! tiller girl is nice!!!

oh and the wentworth brewery........
