The first pair, but only if someone held a gun to my head. If I owned any of those shoes I would be seriously worried that I was on the turn.

I voted for the red ones but to be perfectly honest with you, both are completely hideous!
If you would spend £165 on a pair of trainers like that, you need your head reading. Seriously. ![red :red:](./images/smilies/redcard.gif)

How dare you, sir. Take that back!Glostergull wrote:This thread made cats and tables look intelligent and interesting. Nuff sed!:-|
Speaking of shoes, my assistant was telling me yesterday about some Jimmy Choos that she wants somebody to buy her. Sodding $750!! I told her that if I ever paid that much for a pair of shoes for a women, I'd be expecting a damn sight more than a thank you note in return.

I just swore at myself for that mistake. I was going to remove "a" and just use "for women' but forgot.

As we're on the subject of trainers i'll embarrass myself and let you lot in on a little story if i may?
In the 90's when i was still at school, PATRICK were a popular make for trainers and especially the PATRICK COMP 5. I remember being so over the moon at getting some that i put them on and ran down the street but all the while looking down at my feet admiring these fine specimens. I ran into a parked car and broke my leg!
Magical days.

Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
