Oh and depending on Crawleys numbers, Give us the away end !!

Now that would be a fantastic idea, I'm surprised nobody has thought of that before :)

Chances of Espn picking it up is more likely

£144,000 is ours If chosen!
question on the money..

If we get the TV coverage, is it £144,000 plus the £90,000 or is it just £144,000 for both? :-|

Gate could be as high as 4,500 if played on Sat. pm, We could see a few Argyle, Tiverton, Barnstaple etc. fans turning up.

It won't be on TV. They are 100% more likely to choose an all Premier League tie than an all lower league tie.

There will be a bit of interest from TV, maybe extended highlights, but unfortuantely the average armchair fan still wants Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs etc....to most foty fans, Torquay is where you go on hliday if you are poor!

Whoever wins will of course create massive national headlines

I am somewhat confident on the whole TV issue. I had a look at the draw and, even if they insist on broadcasting Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal (qualification dependant), that still leaves two slots open. Now, with the best will in the world, TUFC v Crawley has GOT to carry more of that special FA Cup appeal than Wolves v Stoke or Burnley v Burton Albion. I think, given the profile of tonight's match and the success they have had by choosing both Stevenage and Crawley, the ESPN boys might well bid their seniors that our match is one for which to punt.
Look at it this way, they could be the channel which broadcasts a non-league side getting through to the fifth round, where, (if it isn't us) inevitably the winners will get Man Utd at Old Trafford. Famous monkey.

Matt.

We can win this. Imagine being in the 5th round! Bucks will have no problems motivating our players.

Sorry for my ignorance, but can someone explain to me where all the hostility towards Crawley and their manager comes from?

Watch his antics on the line during any game and you'll know instantly.

Terrific.

No money, no prestige, no full house and probably no 5th round.

And all to an absolute pair of fat **nts, with a club that has less support than Tiverton Town. They absolutely will be the enxt CHester City and bust wihtin 3 years. Anyone enjoying their night tonight has no regard for football.

Fresh in my memory is the 0-2 defeat at home against Crawley on Easter Saturday 2009. I thought we had blown promotion via the playoffs. As it happened, everyone else around us was blowing it as well.

The rest as they say is history.

Now it's payback time Fatso, oops, Mr Evans.

Note : no offence is intended to other normal fat people.

Think you are being a bit negative mate.
Money guaranteed anyway, win or lose - possibly on TV so money from that too. A big crowd will see this game as people will want to witness history (lets face it neither of us have been into the 5th round before), and, of course, we are a bloody decent team oursleves. Provided we don't lose any players between now and then I would say we have as good a chance as any to progress to the next round.

Cheer up - could be worse, you could be a Greaser or Gargoyle mate.......

I take it you didn't see the game tonight then Smiffs?

That side CAN play football and bloody well too. I think you do them a disservice, we will definitely have to be at our best to beat them, that's for sure.
