Get rid of Sky as soon as possible. Have nothing to do with them.

Just use the service, as I have, for 20 years. Accept that nothing is perfect and that, occasionally, things will go wrong. This will see you through life pretty well. It works with restaurants, car dealerships, Sky TV, airlines, insurance companies, and pretty much everything else. I say this, even as the angriest, least patient man on Earth.
