The main complaint from my part is that there is no recognition of any negotiations from the club. Not exactly difficult, and people actually feel as if they're valued as supporters as opposed to being a hindrance to be tolerated.

I've felt this over the last few months, I'm not sure why this board has suddenly become un-engageing if there is such a word. OK previous to "brass gate" you could have said what more do you wish the club to say but it's just seems as if the club are in the mire financially and the less said the better. However I don't accept that resigning to relegation is answer to our financial woes.

I personally don't think it's a case of the board club not wanting to talk to, engage with it's fans, as we all know there has been redundancies , the clubs media man has taken a large part of the club secretary's job, being that a club secretary at any level is the direct contact between club and F.A that work would take priority over updating the website, and to be honest is losing our no2 to Bury really that an important story.
Bit stating the obvious I know, but receiving some compensation for an employee the club might have to payoff, not a bad bit of business, again obvious it will be interesting to see how the club responds in terms of what assistant if any AK gets to bring in, could be a big pointer to whether the club are giving him full backing or not.
Nicho as assistant, can't see it, not sure what if any relationship there is between AK and Nicho , after AK has pretty much brought Nicho's football league career to end, and I am still not sure whether Nicho has been a bit naughty behind the scenes.

I'm not surprised by Brass going.
I may be wrong, but I seem to remember that his family did not move down here - that it was a sort of commute, not full time arrangement, him being here. So, in essence, I cannot really blame for him for choosing a position nearer his home.
However, what it does illuminate to me more, is the feeling I had, that the management of Alan Knill will ultimately be a short-lived one. It has always had a temporary feeling to it and the fact that the assistant he appeared to try so hard to get here, has cleared off when the first northern job came available, makes me wonder if Knill would do the same.
I cannot imagine a League 2 club gains much in compensation when the assistant manager moves on, nor that Bury are in any position to pay any, so I wouldn't hold my breath in hope of enough compensation to pay Knill off.
As for a replacement - if I were Alan Knill, I would hardly appoint someone like Hargreaves, for who people have been clamouring to get the managers job whilst I was still in it. One of his previous assistants, Richie Barker, has somehow just landed the Portsmouth job on the basis of not doing very much as a manager - perhaps he would like a new assistant, who is tall and ginger and has links with the area - albeit Southampton.

I'm a bit sorry to see him go; he had to forego another job offer to commit to coming here & is obviously well-respected at Bury. It wasn't only the team playing with renewed vigour yesterday: Knill & Brassy were both extremely busy on the touchline, encouraging & instructing again. It will be interesting to see who'll come here next......
