I think it's very interesting that some people think of themselves as customers as opposed to supporters. I'm not sure if that means anything but it's interesting...

I blame television. People seem to expect to be entertained by whatever's in front of them without them actually having to make an effort themselves, unless they're paid to do it of course, as a means of getting their fifteen minutes of fame.. :(

I get a bit that way myself when I'm playing Sudoku :-/

a rant about the negative comments that players receive from keyboard warriors (99% of whom, the OP asserted, worked in Tesco); a bit of it remains as quotes in Southampton Gull's response, plus the revelation that the OP is a footballer (of sorts, obviously!!!)
