I would be interested to see the average Gloster - I hadn't actually checked to be honest. Regardless, I think we should err on the side of caution and assume at least 50 points will be required...!

Ok I have amassed the last few years league standings right back to 2001. although i can't find 2002/3 but these will give you an idea of how many points are generally needed.. seems very interesting that you rarely need 51 points. average seems to be mid 40;s
seaons 01/2 last season with 3 up and down.. Woking amassed 48 but only needed 45 But if four had gone down then FGR survived with 51 but only needed 49
season 02/3
season 03/4 points 44 although halifax only needed 40
season 04/5 points 42
season 05/6 points 39 FGR in relegation spot with 38
season 06/7 points 52
season 07/8 Halifax survived with only 42 but then folded
season 08/09 Barrow had 51 but only needed 45
season 09/10 points 45 FGR in relegation spot with 45 beat gateshead on goal difference
season 10/11 FGR survived again with 46 beating Halifax on goal difference
season 11/12 FGR survived on goal difference with 46
season 12/13 points 51 although southport got 54
season 13/14 points 51 hereford by goal difference
season 14/15 points 45 welling beating Alfreton on goal difference
season 15/16 points 47/8 possibly? 47 / 48

All very quiet on here. Does that mean everyone is at the match? BBC stats show a very even first half.

Welling can't get hold of the ball, and seem to have done nothing since half-time. This is the most fun I've had listening to Torquay for ages.

Wonder if Brucie made it. Sounds like a bloody cracking game.

Have we finally started to turn things around? Has Nico's master plan actually worked?
Long way to go, but things always feel better when you are winning.
