This statement from Paul does explain why he delayed issuing it. Time for both parties to move on now. I'm sure Paul will find something in football soon and hopefully Torquay can appoint someone who has a clue after last weekend's fiasco.

If money is so tight, still don't understand why they don't bring Chris Hargreaves back, seeing as they're paying him anyway!

Yes same Adam Murray. He appointed Murray as his assistant and Ramshaw was coach. But When Murray seemed to be coming up with the good ideas, Cox fell out with him as it looked like Murray knew what he was doing more than Cox did. So Cox farmed him out and promoted Ramshaw to Assistant.
Murray of course is now doing a decent job as Manager at Stags.

Totally agree with the first part.

I'm guessing that the Board have no confidence in CH, and see little value in bringing him back.

Also, what would a manager at this level expect to be paid? Does anybody have any idea, roughly?
