Bradford just expelled from the FA Cup due to fielding an inelegible player! Brentford automatically go through!
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Theyve got Covers on the pitch http://www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk/news/ar ... 30278.aspx so aslong as the surrounding areas are fine then it should be on. I'm just hoping theres no ice or it could be a struggle!

It should be fine, fairly mild and wet up here tonight and although i'm not in Yorkshire the forecast is the same. Temperatures not predicted to go below freezing overnight in Bradford and tomorrow is set fair to be a cloudy but very mild day for the time of year at about 7 celsius.

I always thought that YOU were the Gruffalo Alex ( no offence meant of course ) so if you aren't him then who is he?

Good! it's Saturday tomorrow & we are playing "Up North" so hopefully there will be no knicker wetting & salivating over current Leeds & Barnsley scores as the perpetrators will be in Bradford supporting the team. :na: :na:

No I'm not the Gruffalo. I'm sure you'll be introduced to him today.austrianandygull wrote:I always thought that YOU were the Gruffalo Alex ( no offence meant of course ) so if you aren't him then who is he?
Ready to go, obscene time of day to be up, but a lie in compared to York (and Fleetwood.) Not the most salubrious place in the country to visit but the stadium is always a sight to behold. Confidence should be high after two solid victories, our best bet might be just to attack them relentlessly from the first whistle and hope their minds are elsewhere. We have goals in us so let's go out and express ourselves and give what is sure to be a miniscule away following a winter-warming early Christmas present.
These are the sort of matches we need to win if we are to cement our reputation as Top 7 candidates, hard to do that if we don't get a foot-hold in the game early. Interesting to see what sort of mindframe Bradford turn up in following their FA cup disqualification, either they feel sorry for themselves and we have a good chance to get on top early, or they feel like they have some apologising to do to a dispondant home crowd and we might be in for a long afternoon.
